Interested in being a Guest Speaker for our 2024 Latino Travel Fest? If the answer is yes… Yay!

One of the most important aspects of the Latino Travel Fest are the panels, discussions, workshops, and more. That’s where you come in!

The weekend will be filled with an array of speakers covering various topics that are important to the traveling Latino/x community, as well as influencers, and content creators who want to monetize their travels.

Please fill in the information below. Space is limited. Applicants are NOT guaranteed acceptance.

We will be accepting speaker applications through November 30, 2023 at 11:59pm EST and notifying confirmed speakers by January 31, 2023.

2024 Speaker Application

  • This is important! Think of something short that will catch an attendee's eye. What title would make *you* want to go to your session?
  • You can select multiple if you are not sure, but you must select at least one. All session types are 60 minutes max.
  • Please ensure that you have a relationship with your potential panelists and have told them about your session pitch before applying. We accept panels on an EXTREMELY limited basis, and recommend no more than four presenters per panel (one moderator and three panelists).
  • Recommended length: 150 words max. DO NOT use "I" statements or mention yourself or your blog or company by name in your session description. Focus on what attendees will come away from this session having learned. Our attendees crave actionable steps. Make sure they know exactly what they will get out of this session.
  • We strongly encourage Intermediate and Advanced proposals.
  • Our goal with this festival is spotlight our thought-leaders, share resources, and provide a platform for us to come together as a community. However, we try our best to give a stipend to the speakers, but have limited funds available as we are new and growing.
  • If you would like to donate your time and expertise to this event, and waive the speaking fee, please let us know below.
  • If you would love to see another awesome Latino/a/x speak at the Latino Travel Fest, let us know here. We welcome all recommendations.
