Dr. Amanda Rosado is an award-winning organizational psychologist, healthcare executive, and leadership coach dedicated to helping Latinos learn, grow, and elevate, both individually and as a community. As Chair of the Board of Directors at Children of Bellevue, she leads initiatives that provide equitable access to healthcare for children and families across New York City. Throughout her career, Dr. Rosado has been a passionate advocate for developing the next generation of leaders. Through coaching, mentorship, and thought leadership, she equips others, especially within the Latino community, with the tools and confidence to break barriers and lead with purpose. A private pilot and avid traveler, she draws inspiration from her global experiences to foster cross-cultural connection and transformative leadership. Named one of ALPFA’s 2024 Latinas to Watch, Dr. Rosado is committed to advancing representation, building strong communities, and guiding others to lead boldly in every space they enter.
